Each client is provided with his own set of keys. There are two keys required, one to enter the building and one to enter the apartment.

Rooms for rent, comfortable, clean, quiet, air conditioned. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, hot water 24 hours.
Breakfast and dinner are available, not lunch. A breakfast costs $5 CUC per person. It includes eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, toast, butter, milk, coffee, and juice.

Dinner is $8-12, depending upon what is requested. A $12 meal would be something like a main course of fish, shrimp, or lobster with rice, salad, bread, coffee, and fruit. Beer would be $1 extra.
It is necessary to request a meal a day in advance so that they can buy what they need to prepare the meal.

Access to the living room, kitchen, refrigerator, and telephone. Nice terrace with beautiful view of the city and the sea.

Privacy. 8th floor, top story of building. Elevator. Safe parking area.

Hosts are very kind and helpful and also are good cooks.
Three bedrooms available, one with two beds.

Licensed, completely legal accommodations.
